Raacz

As all great cities through out history can verify, gather a lot of people and sooner or later there's bound to be a rodent problem. Here that is a big rat in a coat trying to sell you stolen pipes. Raacz like to point out that they're not really a problem, they're an opportunity.

​There’s a rumour that the rat people of Raacz came from a magical mishap. If you value your safety you will not say that to one of them. “We’re not a ceramic, mate” and then five of their friends will stab you.
